Membership to Just Add Ice Plant Perks loyalty program can be obtained, free of charge, by creating an account at shop.justaddiceorchids.com. First name, last name, and a unique and valid email address is required to join, as well as earn and receive perks.

Plant Perks members earn 1 perk for every $1 spent only at shop.justaddiceorchids.com. Plant Perks are earned on any online plant purchases, less tax, shipping and handling, and any discounts (including Plant Perks one-time discount codes). Plant Perks are earned in $40 increments for every 300 perks. $40 one-time discount code(s) are issued by email as accumulated, at which time the member’s Plant Perks balance over 300 perks will automatically deduct in 300 point increments, and be applied toward corresponding $40 one-time discount code(s). There is no limit to the amount of Plant Perks a member may earn, but only a single $40 one-time discount code can be used per purchase at shop.justaddiceorchids.com. Plant Perks do not expire. Discount code(s) do not expire.

Plant Perks one-time discount code(s) may only be used toward purchase of Just Add Ice plants at shop.justaddiceorchids.com. The one-time discount code is required for redemption. No change or refund will be given, whether in the form of cash or credits, when using a Plant Perks one-time discount code. Perks may not be applied to Just Add Ice plants available at other e-commerce or retail outlets. Perks are not transferable.

Just Add Ice Plant Perks program was established on April 25, 2019. Perks are earned on any online purchases at shop.justaddiceorchids.com made on or after this date. Previous purchases, or purchases made at other retail or e-commerce outlets are not eligible for Plant Perks and will not be counted toward member’s perks total, or credited to member’s account.

Just Add Ice Plant Perks membership includes, but is not limited to:

• $40 one-time discount code for every 300 perks earned on online purchases at shop.justaddiceorchids.com
• Bonus 50 perks for member’s birthday (if birthday is provided)
• Bonus 50 perks for creating an account
• Exclusive discounts and priority access to sales

To receive all Plant Perks benefits, first name, last name, birthdate, and unique and valid email address must be accurately provided when creating account or updating account information.

Customers may not have more than one Plant Perks account. Two or more Plant Perks members’ accounts may not utilize the same email address for membership or communication, even if two or more customers share the email address; each Plant Perks account must have a unique and valid email address.
