Flower or Bud Drop
If you experience premature orchid flower or orchid bud loss, it could be a result of sudden temperature changes, low temperatures (below 55 degrees F), when plants are too dry, or when the plant’s roots are experiencing problems.
Remedy the situation by moving it to a warmer location with a consistent temperature, or boost your watering amount, or repot your orchid, and make sure to dispose of any dead buds.
